The effect of quasi-free graphene layer on the electrical transport properties of sandwich-like graphene / Co nanoparticles / graphene structure

چکیده

The paper reports on the charge transport in sandwich-like graphene / Co nanoparticles structure (G/CoNPs/G). It is fabricated by combining electrochemical deposition of onto a single layer CVD and their capping with another layer. isolated semi-spherical, surface oxidized NPs 250 nm diameter serve as support for top provide its suspended state confirmed atomic force microscopy revealing periodic ripples surface. A high optical transparency 92.4% found G/CoNPs/G sandwich. observed twofold reduction sheet resistance ∼ 1.5 times increase positive magnetoresistive effect compared to pristine attributed suppression carrier scattering due substrate. From Hall measurements, predominant role established, significantly increased mobility µ∼1800 cm2/(V·s). An elastic intervalley length estimated from magnetoresistance results be three G/CoNPs/G, indicating that almost unaffected proposed technology looks promising possible optoelectronic magneto-optical applications.
